How It Works
From browsing to delivery, here's exactly what happens when you buy a vehicle through STM Logistics.
1. Browse the Inventory
Search our range of cars, heavy vehicles, RVs and boats. Use the filters to narrow by category, make, year and price.
2. Buy It Now
Select a vehicle and click "Buy It Now". Enter your contact and delivery details to generate a sale contract, which is emailed to you instantly along with a link to your order page.
3. Receive Your Invoice
Our team reviews your order and sends a payment invoice with bank transfer details. Complete the payment using the reference provided.
4. Payment Confirmation
Once your payment is received and confirmed, we'll email you a confirmation along with your delivery tracking number.
5. Delivery
Your vehicle is prepared and shipped to your address. Track its progress on our Tracking page until it arrives.
6. Inspection Period & Returns
Once your vehicle arrives, you have a 10-day inspection period to check it over. If it's not as described, you're covered by a full refund, and we'll arrange to collect the vehicle and return it at our own expense.
Important Information
- All prices are listed in AUD and include standard documentation.
- A sale contract is generated immediately after your order. No payment is taken at this step.
- Payment instructions are sent separately by our team via a payment invoice.
- Most vehicles include a 6-month warranty as noted on the listing.
- Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed.
